July 2022 Expert Broker Release: Equifax PDF Report – July 23, 2022

The July 2022 Expert Broker release features the addition of Equifax’s new Mortgage Broker Credit Report. The new report will be viewable by selecting the ‘Preview PDF’ button on the Credit Bureau page in Expert.

Equifax has provided material in support of the new report; a Mortgage Broker User Guide, a communication and sample report. Equifax also made the decision to stop offering the option for a joint credit report in this new report format. You will continue to have the option to view the Equifax credit bureau report in its existing format.

Within the next few months, we will include the new report in the submission sent to lenders via Expert and it may take some time for individual lenders to complete updates required to receive the new credit bureau format. During this transition, regardless of the credit bureau format you choose to view in Filogix Expert, rest assured lenders will continue to receive the credit bureau in the same format they see today.

Expert will be unavailable on July 23 between 12:01AM to 6:00AM for this release.
